We are a Counselling and Wellness Centre based in Pretoria, South Africa.
We offer Counselling and Workshops, holiday programs ( for young people).
At Above We Rise, we believe in empowering individuals to unlock their full potential in all spheres of their lives. High empathy, active listening skills and ability to understand clients issues are examples of skills I use to help people to navigate their way through their challenges and find individual resolutions.
Life sometimes throws you with very harsh and painful punches, that leaves you hopeless and vulnerable. You will feel like detaching/disconnecting from the world. Above All We Rise, irrespective of our challenges. You do not have to be alone. Let us walk with you throughout this journey with you.

I have Membership with the ASCHP (Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners.
I am registered as a Wellness Specialist Counsellor.
